After I sent my application, they were quick to respond and wanted an interview over phone by the next couple of days. We set up date and time. The job was for Leicester/Loughborough, but I lived in Paris at that time and had a French phone number. He never called me for the interview at the time we set up, and so I sent an email after 30 min asking to set up another time perhaps. He replied that he didn't have any phone number for me, even though it says top of my CV and in my emails. Anyway, we scheduled another time where I had to call him. So I did. The interview was quick and easy, only lasting 10 min. The next interview was on Skype, which was the story all over again. He never called me, and when he answered my email three days later he said he must have exchanged my Skype username. Eventually, after a week we had a Skype conversation. He seemed a little uninterested, young and inexperienced. It was an ok interview, but didn't get an offer.

Not very good. Talked very fast whilst explaining the role and asked a lot of questions. Applied for one location and was told within the first minute of the interview they no longer had any spots available at that location. Although it's a management role, it is mostly sales with more than 40 hours of time worked needed a week.
