The interview process was fantastic, I got to talk with multiple employees and see how a day in the life of my future position went. Everyone I talked/interviewed with was friendly and helpful with any questions I had, they made sure to have you prepared everything to expect during the job.

I applied online and was contacted about a week or 2 later for a video interview. I was told about the company and position and then asked some basic interview questions. They wanted specific situations that you actually had and how you handled them. Difficult customer, how do you organize and get a lot done etc. I gave, what I thought were great answers. Apparently not. I got the dreaded email today starting they would not be moving forward with me. No clue what they are actually looking for.
