This is a 3 part interview process. First step meting a recruiter, 2nd is an observation at a branch, last another interview. I did not make it to the 3rd.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
