First interview includes speaking with a recruiter
She will ask behavioral and sales questions while you might have not thought this would be a sales job it is
During the second interview you go on site where you meet with branch managers they then ask you more sales questions but you are preparing with questions you must ask them as well . They ask you to sell your self and what makes you an ideal candidate
Third interview is with regional manager

Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
