They asked a couple normal interview questions, and made sure my values align with the company ones. Also, described the job, the day to day aspect of it, the salary, company goals and further applications stages.

The interview process felt quite disorganised. After being told they wanted to arrange an interview, several of my follow up emails were not acknowledged. When an interview was eventually scheduled, I did not receive the call at the agreed time. The call itself also felt quite abrupt, and I was only informed halfway through that the branch I had originally applied for was no longer available. Overall, the communication could have been much clearer and more professional.
