I spoke to a Manager for about an hour. There were a lot of questions and some role playing that occurred. The management was very interested in my past experiences within the industry - it seemed they strongly valued experience. I was hired on the spot.

Calls from human resources were returned promptly with no success in speaking with anyone, arrangements were made leaving voice mails back and forth. Appointment time and date changed many times. My recruiter went on vacation after contacting me and didn't tell me or anyone there that she had reached out to me. I found out who my supervisor would be and scheduled directly with her.
