Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Entertainment One (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di set 2014
Colloquio
Standard, applied, discussed company, discussed experience, general chat, offered position a week later. A good interview that was mostly informal. Questions focused strongly on personal skills rather than work experience
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Entertainment One (Toronto, PE) nel mese di ott 2018
Colloquio
I applied online and the process took 6 weeks, and I was interviewed in Entertainment One (Toronto office) in late October 2018.
I had three interviews. First, I had a phone interview for about 20 minutes with HR Manager and was asked basic questions about experience level and why I am interested in applying. A day later, I received an invitation for a face-to-face meeting. The meeting lasted an hour and it was a very pleasant meeting. The following day, I received an email from HR informing me that they had very positive feedback and they want to schedule an interview with HR.
The meeting went very well and lasted one hour and 20 minutes as we discussed many subjects covering technical, behavior questions, and they took me for a tour of their office.
Over the course of 4 weeks, I tried to get in contact with HR to see the status of my application. They would respond by saying that they are finalizing the final steps and would get back to me by the end of the week. Finally, after multiple attempts to see the status of my application, HR got back to me stating that they will not move forward with me and have not provided me with any reason as to why they decided not to move forward with me.
Entertainment One needs to treat the candidates with more respect by fulfilling their words and keeping them updated as they put more efforts and time and that should be appreciated.
