There wasn't an interview. Sales rep just hired me to be a customer service rep because I volunteered at a school that was selling Entertainment books and cookie dough. The company is very dirorganized.

Didn't really have one. I was a chair person at a school & the sales rep asked me to work for her. I had experience and liked my sales rep.
