Colloquio
First was an interview with my potential immediate supervisor, a second interview with the Controller and Finance Manager. I was then given an Excel test to work on over the weekend.
The interview was professional from the beginning. The recruiter helped me get the idea of what they were looking for. Once we found it was a good fit for both, I had 2 interviews with people I would be working with.
