You will get call from HR & he/she will schedule your interview.
Step 1: A cognitive ability test.
Step 2: Technical interview - Round 1 (Sr. DBA)
Step 3: Technical interview - Round 2 (Manager)
Step 4: Final HR interview and discussion (in case both the previous stages are cleared)
It was process of 2 weeks in total when I had offer in hand.
