The EC interview process was really unique. We wen tin as a group and had a sort of speed dating session with like 8 of th people that worked there. They each asked us one question and 2 mins later we moved on to the next who asked us another question and so on. Some people were asked to leave after this stage but me and a few others got to stay on. The next stage was more like a traditional interview although it was way more casual and friendly then I Wass used to. They asked the usual stuff but it was much more about getting to know me as a person which I liked. They were keen to help me understand the role and the company as well to make sure I thought I would be a good fit too.
