Group Interview in front of a Starbucks, they literally asked everyone one question and said they would reach back out to us via text for the new part of the hiring process. Seemed like more of a gauge to see if you speak English or if you're on drugs rather than a real interview. They claim their motto is integrity and dependability, but the hiring manager flaked on my second interview and then never followed back up to reschedule LOL.
