The interview process started with a screening interview, which took place on the phone, followed by in-person interview with the hiring manager. In addition to a hiring manager, I interviewed with other direct contacts of the position. This was a newly developed position and yet the description was very clear and concise.

With over eleven years since my last Interview the thought of sitting in front of several senior managers can be intimidating. Adding the complexity of divulging my background experience to specifically match the desired needs can be mentally nerve wrecking. After sitting with management all my previous mental visions were immediately replaced with the relaxed questioning flow of the interview. The follow up communications thru the entire interview process from the HR department have been an anxiety relaxer.
