Went through entire process only to be verbally promised an offer. The hiring manager was consistently late to each call by 20-30 minutes, I believe we had 5 calls in total. (he was actually on time once only) When it came to providing the offer he wanted to talk about it over the phone before providing a written offer. He would schedule a time, be late to the call, then dangle this imaginary offer only to tell me that it wasn't ready after 30 minutes and that he needed more time to put it together. I ended up being late to the 5th time we rescheduled as I didn't see his calendar invite and was rejected for not being on time.
