Very straightforward. Had a few rounds of conversations with different members of the team. Was given clear next steps after each round. Started with a phone interview with HR/recruiter, followed by a one on one with hiring manager, then a group panel interview. Conversations were light and fun, getting to know me as a person. Followed my questions about my experience and how it would relate to the job. They allowed time for questions.
