I made it through 2 virtual screening interviews 1) Met with HR and spoke about why I was seeking this role and answered a few behavorial questions, nothing technical. 2) The second virtual meeting was with the supervisor of the group that I would be in. In this interview we spoke more technically and went over my skills and abilities.

Casual online interview followed by 2 interviews with manager and peer. Still going through the process but overall looking for personality fit. So far th process seems efficient, Can update as it progresses
