3 interviewers, one director, one manager, and one graduate scheme employee who's been there a year. 7 minute presentation with simple follow up questions after. Informal icebreaker to begin. They mostly ask about university and fieldwork experience. Final 2 questions are given in initial email, they mark it against their criteria that is also emailed in advance so make yourself familiar. They are lighthearted and don't make it feel pressured.

After initial application, had to complete strange online personality/skill tests. Heard nothing back after that. Felt like all of my actual skills and experience were disregarded. Feedback would have been appreciated.
