A few rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and the team. Was asked to complete a few assignments, which is typically fine, but was a bit uncomfortable when I discovered I was being asked with live client work and felt they were just angling for free labor and ideas.

The interview process is quit long. First there was a 20-30 min interview with a team member. From there I had to complete a practical that I had 3 hours to complete. After that I was invited to a final interview that was over an hour long that includes a role playing activity.
Unfortunately EI ghosted me and did not respond to my follow up emails which was disappointing because I put a lot of time and effort into the interview.

Thorough, detailed, personal. The interviewer allows a generous time for the interviewee to ask questions and learn about the organization. The interviewer walks you through the process very clearly. Positive experience.
