After applying for the position, I got an interview a little over a month later. The interview was Virtual, which was my very first. As nervous as I was, the interview was very good. I think the Panel kinda knew I was nervous, and made me comfortable by smiling, which made things at ease.

Pretty simple. One interview with the supervisor, senior IT leader, and IT lead. They asked for 3 references afterward (which they contacted) and I was given an offer the next business day.
