Applied for a position with this firm for another company. Sent a resume, cover letter and had to answer 5 detailed essay questions. Received a notice that it would take 90 days for anything to happen, it's been 90 days and nothing. You would think after requiring all this work, they would have enough respect for people to at least communicate with them about the process...nothing from them over the 90 days. I can't believe they couldn't at least let people know they didn't make the cut after requiring the extra work. This company is a perfect example of what is wrong with search firms and the job search process.
