I submitted an application and there was a 20 min phone interview with the HR rep a few days later. About 4 days later I spoke with a VP on the phone for about 30 min and a few days later I was invited for an in person interview. During the interview I spoke with 3 rounds of people -2 coordinators - 2 VP's and 2 program managers that process took about 2 hours. A week later I was invited for a 4th in person interview - I met with another VP and a program manager. Overall this took over 3 weeks with another week and a half before I heard back. I sent a follow up email 3 days after my last in person interview [thats when they were making a decision] that went unanswered. I sent another follow up email the following Monday and had resigned to the fact I would never hear back. I got a phone call two days later after hours from the HR rep telling me I did not get the position. This was an extremely long interview process and I got the feeling that if i had not sent a second follow up email that I would not have heard back. I thought the interview process was disproportionate to the salary/ time commitment they offered.
