HR reached out to schedule an interview, I provided my availbility and then was ghosted. 2 weeks later they reached out again saying they email had been "lost." I had 3 interviews total, the first was exploratory with HR, the second was again with HR except this time I was given a math assessment on the spot, on camera (I have always been an axious tester, at 11 years in my career this is one and only time I have to take a pop quiz) The 3rd was rapid fire Q&A with a panel.
