3 stages of interview 1st, 2nd and 3rd rounds. 1st you meet the manager in the office who will vaguely explain the job to you and will not allow to ask questions and if you insist he will disqualify you, 2nd is the job shadow in one of the retail stores the work in with a supervisor and 3rd is at the office with the manager and you will be offered the job if you are deceived by the friendship you built with the supervisor.
