Colloquio
I applied online after browsing on flightattendantcareer.com. I completed my application on May 12th and was invited to do the video interview on May 14th. I completed the video interview on May 17th. The questions were exactly like the ones described on here. There were 5 questions and they gave you one minute to answer each question. I fumbled over my words a bit but I don't think they focus on that.
I was invited to the F2F interview in Texas on May 23rd. The interview was on June 6th and they provided airfare there and back. Hotel accommodations are your own responsibility however. The hotel provided a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the headquarters for free.
The F2F interview process wasn't as long as expected but that was just my experience. We arrived at around 8:30 and checked in and we were given a packet with our application information as well as a short answer question. Mine was "Tell us about a time where you received good customer service. Why did it stand out to you?" At 9 am we were briefed with company information including the pay and the benefits. They then began calling small groups of people to another room.
There were two interviewers who were calling people into individual rooms from those small groups. My interviewer went over small details from my background check and then began to interview me. My advice is to just smile and be positive. One question he asked was "Describe an emergency situation in your work or personal life where you had to think and act quickly." He was a bit intimidating but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. We were then released back into the room to wait again. Some people ended up waiting longer than others.
A woman took me and another person back to the original room to gather our things and took us to the elevator where she informed us that we got the job. We were then taken to another area where we were fingerprinted and drug tested. A cab took us straight to the airport where we either waited for our scheduled flight or got on an earlier flight.
I received my congratulations email on June 10th informing me of my training date and what to bring to training.
I know this was long but I wanted to include information that other posts left out when I was doing my research. Hope this helps and good luck to everyone.

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
