Incredibly casual, was referred by a friend, sat outside and got a coffee with the manager at the time and just chatted. she asked about my resume and past sales experience and asked basic generic interview questions, hired me on the spot and took me out back to get some paperwork started and meet the other girls working there

My interview process was fairly relaxed and more conversational compared to a formal/structured interview. Most questions were customer service focused and primarily assessed how I would handle certain situations or what I would in the the event of etc.

Taken to the back room and was asked some questions. Simple and easy. Took about a week for a call back. I applied about a month prior and they kept my resume.
