Horrific be warned! This was the most bizarre interview. The co-founder spent the 50 minutes until I told him I’m no longer interested in the role, being highly offensive. No competency based questions asked. No tell me about yourself. Questions were based on what his perceived flaws of me were based on ‘scanning’ my CV. Lots of dribble about chess and army analogies. Talk of how he will close more deals than me and all the amazing £10 million deals he’s closed and why I wouldn’t be able to. He had absolutely no concept of time, 10 minutes late, no structure and if I hadn’t of shut him down god knows how long this guy would have gone on talking rubbish. Make sure you have your self esteem in check if you interview here. I can only speak for the sales role, but if this guy is running the place red flag alert and you will get insulted!
