Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5)
I recently went through Enzen's interview process, which was quite extensive, involving three or four stages, including a final presentation. While the initial interviews were professional and engaging, the overall experience left much to be desired.
After the final interview, I was told the company was "very interested in working with me" and that they would be in touch to move forward with an offer. However, communication after that became sporadic, with long periods of silence. Despite occasional updates over four months, the offer stage never materialised.
Ultimately, I declined the role due to the prolonged and unclear process. It was disappointing, as I had high hopes for the position based on initial discussions. Enzen could greatly improve their candidate experience by streamlining the process and providing clear, timely updates.
Advice for the company:
- Improve communication and provide regular updates to candidates.
- Avoid raising expectations without a concrete timeline or plan to follow through.
- Respect candidates' time by ensuring the process is concise and transparent.
I hope this feedback helps others understand what to expect and encourages Enzen to improve their recruitment process.
