Overall, the interview process was pretty standard. They seem to just bring in a ton of people, and the headquarters is absolutely amazing. I think that the process was one of the easier ones I did (mostly tech and trading jobs), but pretty comprehensive. I really liked the people, and I LOVED Madison. Treat it like a free vacation, and don't let the website be a turnoff.
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
