Phone: Average, run of the mill phone screen. Lots of basic questions about your resume and desired career path
Skills: Logic, SAT type questions. They hire a third-party proctoring service to watch you so you don't cheat. As long as you trust your ability to think logically, you will be fine. Take note of your time. It can take you as long as you want, but they do take time into account
I have not had my on-site yet
Consisted of a full day of interviews and additional sessions to learn more about the company. Overall enjoyable and informative day that gave me a good look of the company and what my role would be.

The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
