Phone interview followed by a personality test/check. Went onsite where I interviewed with several individuals and took a coding test. Called a few weeks later to be denied the job.

Colloquio
First step was a standard phone screen where I spoke to a member of the Windows team. He described the position to me, asked me a few basic questions about my experience. It was a nice chat, and the next day, I received an email that they wanted me to take the online assessment and personality test. This is where I messed up, as I ran into multiple technical difficulties trying to take the assessment. Essentially, you have to schedule a time to take the test because a proctor will watch you through your webcam. Once I resolved my issues and went through the long process of showing my proctor my surroundings to prove I wasn't cheating (took about 30 mins), I had very little time to take the assessment as I had somewhere else to be. Rushed through the assessment, knew I bombed it, and got a rejection a few days later. Word to the wise: make sure you've allotted a good 3 hours for the assessment just in case.

The process involved a group seminar, super long behavioral, math test, coding exam, phone interview. There was also a shorter test in the beginning which was like 5 minutes long.

The interview was in 3 different steps. Phone interview, technical interview, and on site interview. Phone interview was basic background questions, technical interview was 3 hours long 4 different portions. On site was behavioral/culture test.
