After phone screening and technical assessment, was flown to Madison for in-person interview. Was a nice day with information sessions, a tour, short interview with HR, and short case study asking how you would prioritize certain tasks. There was also a technical assessment at the end that was meant to be difficult and was just to see how much coding knowledge you have and how much they would have to teach you

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
