First phone interview was very relaxed and just a behavioral interview. They just want to know what your interests are, why you want to work for epic, etc. After the phone interview you are required to take an hour and a half skills assessment which deals a lot with general pseudo code. They have a made up language where you need to recognize the syntax of it and answer questions based on how it has been used in given examples

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
