Epic flaked on my phone interview, which I was pretty disappointed with. A bad first impression if there ever was one. It's the least they could do to uphold an appointment after I spent two hours doing their technical and personality assessments.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
