Value your self-worth before applying here. If you have any, look elsewhere. The first step of the application is an online form. Since everything is automated, if your GPA is above a certain level you will get a generic response saying they would like to move forward with a phone interview and "skills assessment." The phone interview is with somebody in the position who really could not care less about interviewing you. The skills assessment is a 4-hour LSAT/GRE-esque exam done through a third party system called ProctorU. If you're lucky, you will only have to take the exam once. In my case, I had to take it twice because the Epic servers crashed and didn't save any of my answers. Pretty embarrassing for an IT company. After this, you'll wait about a week for yet another generic email telling you they're moving forward with other candidates. Pretty sad excuse for a company. Salary is high, but if you're taking the time to do research on Glassdoor, your self worth should be higher! Don't bother. Plenty of other respectable jobs out there.

The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.

Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
