Pretty standard. Went to them at a University career fair and applied online. Was contacted for a phone interview as well as taking the online assessment and personality test. Phone interview was more or less a chance to get to know the position, didn't ask too many questions other than why Epic and where do you see yourself in 5 years? Was then contacted to go on-site.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
