Online application takes only 10 minutes to fill out. Then you schedule a very low key phone interview that involves you resume etc. The assessment portion was long and tedious (think SAT style questions here) and then they either offer an on site interview or decline.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
