Apply online and got set up with a phone interview about two weeks later. It is a behavioral interview from an hr and the process is basically to walk through my resume. The interviewer seemed in a upset mood and the last part when I got to ask about the company, I got answers like telling me that it was just not a good place to work for as a developer. Two more weeks later I was informed by email that the postion has been filled.
