Epic will first set up a phone interview with an employee from the company. In the interview I learned more abou the position and the culture of the company and had some basic interview questions. Afterwords I completed a techincal interview that is like a fast-pace SAT or GRE exam. The techincal interivew included a portion dedicated to learning a coding method and try to answer questions according to what you learned. Once that was done a person from HR told me that they would process what they had gotten from the phone interview and technical review and let me know in two weeks how they would proceed.
The next steps will most likely be an onsight interview and then later a job offer. At this time they have not told me if I have a chance at the job (it's been almost 2 weeks)
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
