Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Epic (Verona, WI) nel mese di ott 2019
Colloquio
The first stage int the interview process was a 30-minute phone screen where a software developer at the company talks with you about a project you've listed on your resume and what it's like to work at Epic.
The second stage was an online exam that consisted of three parts. There is a 2-minute math test (simple word problems), a 20-question multiple choice test (where you learn a new programming language on the fly and answer questions about it), and a 4-question programming test. The programming section of the test was a standard set of leetcode-style questions. Only the math test has a time limit, although one of the evaluation metrics for the whole exam is speed. The exam will take about 2-4 hours.
The third stage in the interview was a site visit in Verona, WI. The interview day consists of a case study (a problem solving session with a developer), a short project presentation (where you give a 20 minute presentation to a developer about a coding project you've worked on), and a short behavioral interview. Additionally, you'll receive a tour of the campus, a product demo, and a meeting with a software developer to discuss the Epic development process. All of the staff is very open and friendly, and the experience was wonderful!

Medium level leetcode and then a very basic system design question as a final round interview. Overall, smooth and simple process. Only one technical and it was the first one.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
How would you design a system to minimize wait time at a health care center?
First round is a thirty minute phone call with one of their developers. The other part of the first round is a three hour exam with IQ test style logic questions and coding questions.
[OA] OA was fair. Programming part are leetcode easy and easy-mediums, straightforward simulation, backtracking, dfs, strings, etc. No DP/graphs but ymmv.
[Final interview] (Case Study) I think the interviewer came up with their own prompt. It's mostly discussion-based, with a virtual white board. It's not too technical. I'm guessing its testing your communication/logical reasoning than system design skills. (Pair programming) 1 question, same format as the OA on the same platform, leetcode easy.
[Overall] Technical difficulty isn't bad. Interviewers who are current software devs seemed friendly. Had a good experience, yet got rejected.
