How do you overcome challenges, etc. A couple of days later I received an email asking me to proceed with their hiring process by taking an assessment exam. It was at that time that I withdrew my application because the position did not align with my career interests.

First there was an initial phone interview that was general and not technical and a personality assessment , then a four hour long assessment, followed by an invitation for a final interview which required another hour long logical assessment.
