Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Epic nel mese di dic 2020
Colloquio
Somewhat long but relatively straightforward.
I applied online and heard back quickly. From there I scheduled a basic interview with someone in the role I applied for. This was a standard intro phone call- talk about yourself, talk about the role, talk about Epic.
Following that was a number of skills and personality assessments. Not overly challenging, but testing a variety of skills. You'll see things like logic, reading comprehension, and computation speed. It took a few hours in total and you have to schedule it for a proctored exam time. There is also a coding exam. You have to answer a variety of problems with code using things like lists and functions. You can use a coding language or pseudo-code. I used pseudo-code and it was TERRIBLE but somehow not bad enough to fail completely I guess.
After that I was invited to the final interview day- these would be in person but are currently being conducted via a video conferencing platform (as of December 2020). This consisted of multiple sessions- first a general overview of Epic and the benefits, then a Q&A session with someone is the role you applied for. After that was a "case interview" where you'll be given a "day in the life" scenario with a bunch of problems and you have to explain how you'll handle them. It's not too intense and there's no preparation required or weird calculations. Finally was an HR interview. This is also pretty standard, just talking about yourself and the role. I heard back with the offer after about a week and had about a week and a half to accept.

Domanda 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
What would your references say you do well and need to improve on if I called them right now?
How would you prioritize and respond to these problems from clients?

Colloquio
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.

Colloquio
This process included a few online assessments (technical and personality based), calls with a recruiter, one 4 hour day that included multiple technical and non-technical interviews, as well as times to ask questions from someone in the role currently.
