Applied online. They reached out to me in 2 days for a phone interview. Phone interview is just a TSE telling you about the position and getting know you briefly. Then you must take a aptitude assessment and personality assessment. After this you have an onsite where you may or may not get an offer.

Given the syntax to a new programming language, can you implement it?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.

Colloquio
Started with info sessions. Then broke into a room with an interviewer who asked me to assess a scenario. After that, I had an HR interview. All of these in 1-2 hours on the same day.
Initial phone interview (basic questions about resume, why interested in company and role), skills assessment (multiple parts- personality test, math and logic and coding sections), longer final interview with case study and behavioral questions.
