Then the recruiter started talking about what Epic has to offer. Finally, we ended talking about the position and any questions that I had

The process began with an initial phone screening, followed by an online personality test and skills assessment. They then invite you to their campus for an in-person interview. While on their campus, you meet current employees, tour their campus, take a couple of written assessments, and interview with an HR rep.
