30 min phone call with software dev -- cool to talk to a possible future colleague. nice guy, but they expect 30 min of questions from you. its not informational otherwise
2 - 3 hr technical interview by 3rd party proctor site (it sucked)

Colloquio
I was contacted by a recruiter after posting my resume on monster. They asked me to apply on their site if I was interested in the position they emailed me about. After applying online I had a quick phone interview, and we talked about the job, and my previous experiences at my internship. I just tried to seem eager about the job and have a can-do attitude about learning things I had no experience with. A couple days after the interview I was contacted to take some written assessment which I did not end up taking, but I have heard it consist of some basic logic stuff
