Introduction phone interview with an existing designer that sold me on the idea of living in Wisconsin, a bit of discussion on experience, and leaves some time at the end for questions.
There was a long online assessment, phone interview, and take home assessment. The overall process was pretty long and difficult compared to other companies. Response time was okay - took about a week in between each stage.
