Interview process was email and phone-based. Requiring 30 words for this section is ridiculous and tedious and not required and really just doesn't require more than a sentence or two.

Basic first round interview questions, no skills assessments but did go over my entire work history going back to the early 2000s, which I felt was egregious given even background checks only go up to 10 years and failed to see the relevance of it beyond what's presented on my resume.

Colloquio
Overall a very friendly, easy interview. The interviewer spent half of the time just talking about Epic and the position that I applied for. From there on it was time to talk about myself and ask questions back to the interviewer. Really though I had aced this interview, but since they rejected me I supposed maybe they were just looking for someone to say something specific they're looking for.
