Colloquio
Applied Online, Brief Interview, Follow-up exam that required programming skills.
When I applied online, it was pretty easy getting the pre-screen interview -- I didn't need a cover letter.
The was very difficult for me. I expressed my interest in programming, as I had begun learning Python that semester. The overview of the exam suggested that you don't need a programming background to take the exam -- THIS WAS WRONG! My exam asked programming questions that were very difficult. I have had success with different programming concepts, but those qeustions were very challenging. The exam took me 3 to 4 hours, and I did not get a follow up interview -- big waste of time.

Two phone interviews and a programming exam. The First phone interview was mainly behavioral questions to make sure that I was a real person.. The second phone interview was with a software developer to get a sense of my background and skill set. The last step for me was the exam/

The exam says no programming experience is required, but I found that to be not true.

Colloquio
Started the day with a brief overview of Epic and a software demo. Afterwards i met with a business intelligence developer who spoke about the position, what his responsibilities are, training, database frameworks, etc. Following this i had a case study. I was given 10 minutes to look over a situation related to information reporting and then suggests ways i would improve it based on the needs of the institution that requested the report. I also interviewed for technical services which had me analyze how i would approach handling a number of issues all at once. Next was lunch followed by a tour and then a final HR interview. I wasn't expecting the HR interview as it was on the schedule as just a "wrap-up" so it threw me off guard somewhat. It started off with mostly logistical questions and then segued into interview questions.
