I was contacted by their HR after he saw my resume on Monster.com and he encouraged me to apply for Software Developer position on their website. Once I applied to the position, I was contacted again and was told that my resume seems better fit for Interface Analyst/Project Manager position. So, I went ahead and applied to that position as well. Then I received their email asking me to complete the third party online personality test. There were general personality question with some easy mathematical & analogy problems. After about a week or so, I was asked to make appointment for phone interview. Date was set, call was received. Phone interview lasted about 30 mins and questions were mostly HR related and he went over my resume and asked my GPA, GRE score and TOEFL score. After a week or so, I was contacted by HR and was told that they are going further with me, and would like me to take skills assessment test. So after about 2 to 3 weeks, I took skills assessment test at local public library (proctored). Skill assessment test had two sections, one had multiple choice question, and questions were related to new programming language that I was introduced to. Second test was programming test where I had to write programs or pseudocodes for 5 given problems in a blue book. Programming part was kinda hard. Moreover, you have to record your time for each question. They evaluate test both on speed and accuracy. And now I am waiting for their call and hoping that i would be invited for their on-site interview.
