I gave my resume to a recruiter, which automatically created a profile for me on the Epic website. I got emails about a week later reminding me to complete a personality test if I was still interested in being a candidate for the position. I got an email about a week after that to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted an hour and consisted of about 20 minutes of easy questions about how I see myself in 5 years and what programming experiences I've had in the past. The next 40 minutes consisted of me asking questions about the role and the company. I was offered an on-site interview about 2 days later and waiting to set up a date.
