I was emailed by a recruiter to apply online. The online application only consists of submitting your resume. Once I submitted my resume I heard back within the next few hours. They had me schedule a phone interview to help me learn more about the Company. It was very informal. After this interview they asked me to schedule a technical online interview through Proctor U. They say it will last between 1-2 hours.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
